By locating the fastening at the center front and back of the hem you have the choices: 
 
a. To leave the fastening open for a loose and floaty, over sized look.
 
b. To close the fastening at the center of the hem, between the legs, it can be worn as a slouchy, harem overall look.
 
c. To close the fastening at the lower side, it can create an elegant draped hem effect.
The above looks can be worm with or without the removable sleeves.
